Upon placing an order you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with the total costs, including shipping costs.

3. Return and exchange
After delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exchange or return the items. After this period the purchase can no longer be canceled and is final.
The items concerned must be in unused and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, and provided with the receipt. The postage costs, as well as the shipping risk for the return shipment, are for the account of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
